An all encompassing guide to maximizing your life experience. Simple but effective exercises in improving your life by understanding and enhancing your thought processes and behaviors. No need to hire a costly life coach if you do the exercises in this book consistently because the change will come through the work. Written in an easy to grasp and compelling fashion, could be suitable for any age, gender or life issue.
I don't think I've ever read a book that has such a profound impact on my TRUE passions and clarity for my purpose in life. This has become my morning go-to book that I keep reading, and re-reading, every single morning. I've been writing inspirational quotes all over my house, I've had so many a-HA moments about my own purpose and passion, all thanks to this book.
